Meet Alice Dietitian
Alice is an HCPC and BDA registered dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience across both NHS and private settings. She currently works as a primary care dietitian in Kingston upon Thames alongside her private practice at Health Village Esher. Her expertise covers gastroenterology, diabetes management, and bariatric care.
Originally from Italy, Alice spent several years working in raw ingredient purchasing for food companies before retraining as a dietitian. Her Italian background and lifelong fascination with nutrition science led her to complete a first-class honours degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at London Metropolitan University. She brings a practical, evidence-based approach to every consultation.
Alice takes a no-nonsense approach to nutrition, steering clear of fads and restrictive diets. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition like IBS or diabetes, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to feel better about your food choices, she builds personalised plans that fit your life. She also works with children and adolescents, including those with autism and ADHD.
