The model is built around speed and access. Most appointments are 15 minutes from £89, with 30, 45 and 60-minute slots available for more complex concerns. The clinic offers same-day appointments at Esher, and online video consultations UK-wide. Patients can self-refer for any concern a GP would normally handle, including everyday health problems, blood tests, sexual health screening, mental health support, travel vaccinations, and post-COVID recovery assessments.

The Medical Director is Dr Daniel Fenton MBBS DFSRH DRCOG MRCGP, who graduated from Newcastle University in 2010 with Honours and completed his postgraduate GP training on the UCLH GP Training scheme — gaining additional experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Psychiatry. All clinical staff are GMC-registered.
