I work with adults experiencing ongoing digestive symptoms, food-related anxiety, metabolic health concerns, and complex nutrition issues that are affecting everyday life. Many of my clients come to me after feeling dismissed, confused, or stuck despite trying multiple approaches already.
My approach focuses on understanding the bigger picture — including symptoms, lifestyle, medical history, blood results, eating patterns, and daily routine — to create a personalised plan that feels practical and sustainable.
I combine over 10 years of NHS and private clinical experience with a compassionate, no-fads approach to help you feel more confident around food and more in control of your health.
