Complete Hearing Consultation
Ninety minutes is long enough to find out what is actually going on. Didi discusses your hearing concerns, medical history and lifestyle, then carries out a full assessment including otoscopy, acoustic reflex testing, tympanometry, pure tone audiometry and speech testing. Everything is explained in plain language before any recommendation is made, so you leave with answers rather than a sales pitch. Understanding your hearing matters as much as testing it.
Hearing Aids & Rehabilitation
A hearing aid only works if it is set correctly for your ears. Didi fits and verifies using real ear measurement, which checks the sound reaching your eardrum rather than relying on an average prescription. Fitting is followed by a structured rehabilitation care plan, because adjusting to hearing aids takes support and time. Aftercare continues for the life of the aids, and you see the same audiologist at every review.
Ear Wax Removal
Blocked ears are uncomfortable and can dull your hearing considerably. Didi is experienced in all three removal methods, microsuction, irrigation and instrumentation, and selects whichever suits your ears on the day rather than applying one technique to everyone.
