Meet Sarah San Acupuncture
Sarah’s journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began after experiencing the profound benefits of acupuncture for her own gynaecological health. After a decade in the corporate world in Australia, she returned to the UK and retrained as a Licentiate Acupuncturist at the City College of Acupuncture in London, one of the few qualifications formally recognised by the Department of Health.
Today, Sarah splits her time between her private practice at Health Village Esher and volunteer work at St Luke’s Cancer Centre at the Royal Surrey Hospital, where she provides acupuncture to oncology patients. She also assists in teaching undergraduate acupuncturists at the City College.
As a local resident in Esher, Surrey, Sarah understands the demands of daily life in the area: the high-pressure careers, the family commitments, the relentless pace. Her practice is built around the belief that the body can heal itself given the right support, without medication.
