Maybe you leak a little when you cough, sneeze or run. Maybe sex has become uncomfortable since the menopause, or nothing has felt quite the same since you had your children. Perhaps you have done your pelvic floor exercises faithfully and not much has changed. Jane is a registered midwife who has spent over 18 years looking after women through pregnancy, birth and afterwards. She started this clinic to ask the questions that usually go unasked.
Every patient at The Pelvic Practitioner starts with a free, confidential telephone consultation to talk through your goals, your history, and whether non-surgical Ultra Femme 360 is the right fit for you.
Fifteen minutes on the phone with Jane, free, with nothing booked at the end of it unless you want it.
Jane Kay-Kujawski is a registered midwife and the founder of The Pelvic Practitioner, a private pelvic and intimate health clinic at Health Village Esher.
She qualified through the Diploma in Direct-Entry Midwifery at the University of Surrey and has been on the Nursing and Midwifery Council register as a Registered Midwife since 2009. She still works clinically in the NHS, and has done for over 18 years. Her clinic in Esher runs on Wednesday evenings, after her hospital work is finished.
The reason it exists is simple. Across years of antenatal and postnatal care, Jane kept meeting women who were quietly living with incontinence, discomfort or pain during sex, and who had never been asked about any of it. Not because anyone was careless, but because in a busy maternity service there was no one whose job it was to ask.
So she made it her job. Appointments are one to one, unhurried and private. The first step is always a free 15-minute telephone call with Jane herself, not a receptionist, so you can describe what is going on in your own words before deciding whether to come in at all.
Jane is a certified Ultra Femme 360 practitioner and also offers Exilis Ultra 360 skin tightening, intimate fillers, PRP treatments and the O-Shot and G-Shot procedures. Where a different route would serve you better, whether that is HRT, pelvic health physiotherapy or specialist gynaecology, she will say so and point you towards it. She works alongside GPs and women’s health specialists at Health Village Esher, including practitioners who focus on menopause care.
