Ultra Femme 360 is a non-surgical treatment that uses radio-frequency energy to gently warm the tissue inside the vaginal canal and externally on the labia, which stimulates collagen production. Most women describe the sensation as a pleasant warmth, similar to a hot-stone massage. There is no downtime and you can return to normal daily activities straight afterwards. Jane checks in with you throughout, and you can stop at any point.

Most women have a course of three sessions spaced 7 to 10 days apart. Jane will discuss what to expect, and what the treatment can and cannot do, on your free consultation before you commit to anything. After the course she will advise whether a top-up session, often around once a year, is worth scheduling.

The first 15-minute telephone consultation is free. Ultra Femme 360 internal sessions are £400 for one, £700 for two, £1,000 for three and £1,300 for four. External sessions are £200, £350, £550 and £750. Internal and external combined, the most popular option, are £650, £1,150, £1,500 and £2,250. The O-Shot and G-Shot are £500 each. Intimate female filler is £800 to £1,200 depending on the extent of treatment. Skin tightening is priced on enquiry.

The treatment is non-invasive and well tolerated. There are some contraindications: a pacemaker or copper IUD, active vaginal infection or inflammation, a history of cancer or active autoimmune conditions, metal implants in the abdomen, and pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should be up-to-date on smear tests, and treatment should be timed around your menstrual cycle so you're not on your period when treated. No. Ultra Femme 360 is for any woman who is experiencing changes in pelvic floor tone, sensation, comfort or appearance — whether that's after childbirth, during peri-menopause or post-menopause, or simply as part of natural ageing. Many of Jane's patients have never given birth but want to address dryness, laxity, low libido or stress incontinence.

Yes, and Jane often suggests it. She works in partnership with menopause-specialist GPs, including practitioners at Health Village Esher, and with pelvic health physiotherapists. If HRT, physiotherapy or a specialist gynaecology referral is the better route for you, she will say so and point you towards it.
